For Japan With Love

 

This past week, I've been beyond saddened at the devastation in Japan. The pictures and video are awful and heart wrenching. You want to help, yet somehow it seems so beyond comprehensible. Well, there is a way to help.

To help those who are suffering this unthinkable loss, I am participating in a fundraising effort called For Japan with Love. It's a blogger day of silence where all funds raised will go to Shelterbox. Essentially, Shelterboxes are given to disaster victims; they contain many of the necessities needed to survive. Hundreds of other bloggers have also joined the effort, set up by the wonderful ladies at Ever Ours and Utterly Engaged, and I'm proud to be part of this monster-sized movement.
