Quick Bites: Thomas' Bagel Thins

I'm originally from New York, therefore I loooooooovvvveeeeee bagels. I should create a video so you can see me screaming about how much I love a good bagel. While most bagels aren't fattening per say, they're loaded with calories and carbs. The average bagel can have anywhere from 270-400 calories, and countless carbs. I used to think it was worth it sometimes until I discovered...

Thomas' Bagel Thins!

They come in three flavors: plain, 100% whole wheat and everything. And, rumor has it there's a cinnamon raisin one, too. Normally, I'm a 100% whole wheat kind-of-gal, but in this case the everything kind of rocks my world! For just 110 calories and one gram of fat, this thin is essentially the dough-scooped-out-with-all-the-good-stuff-still-there bagel. Plus, all three varieties come packed with 4-5 grams of filling fiber and a great, wholesome taste.

And, there's a million things you can do with these: go for cream cheese, onion, tomato and lox; turkey or roast beef plus hummus and veggies; pb & j; loaded with an egg or egg whites and a slice of cheese; and so much more.
